They helped my Mom when she was stranded with a radiator problem. They helped my friend who had the rear axle break and lost a rear wheel when he was coming home from work in the middle of the night.
They even moved a one-car garage for me one time.

They always have been very helpful and the staff there are nice and friendly they treat you like family.
Broke down with flat right out side fowler like 2 miles and charged me 120 to tow me 2miles
SCAM bait and switch tactics. Called for road service explained the issue and sent them pictures. They said that they can come and fix the issue. Arrived with a tow truck and refused to perform any road service. . Not five minutes later they got in to the inside of the truck threw out my driver from his truck, seized his phone without his permission so he could not call to inform us what is going on. Without notice hooked up our equipment and towed to their shop which was less than 20 miles and charged us $625 while being completely rude and disrespectful. They just want to abuse and do not have a road service at all.We will be contacting a lawyer to deal with these scammers!!! Our driver is ion a state of shock. People BEWARE !!! ,there are other towing companies and road service companies do not fall for them.
Talked to who I believe is the owner Dan, let him know that the tire he sold me had holes in it. He then told me how his employee was complaining about having to do the job and that's why people didn't like to help others. He was comparing unethical business practices to a employee complaint. He then told me I was probably lying or my tire company was lying to get me to buy more tires. Took 0 responsibility for putting a driver back on the road with a tire that had holes in it.
Another time they helped my Brother who was in the ditch in a blizzard. The roads were declared closed due to the worsening conditions so they brought him and his car to my house.
